I went in last month to get my elderly father a new phone. It's been less than 30 days, but more than 14, and it doesn't work ALREADY. He took it to a real Verizon Wireless store and they told him that it was likely a used phone. Luckily, because it's been less than 30 days so still under warranty. Unfortunately, I now have to deal with all these extra steps.
